New York Times Interactive Guide to the Ideal Burger

The New York Times has posted this cool interactive feature on how to design the ideal burger. While some of the features are likely up for debate (I for one would never include pickles in my ideal burger), it’s a fun little feature, and will likely cause drooling regardless. Oh, and the advice here comes from Michael David, chef at Comme Ça, an LA staple that I have yet to visit, but has been on my list for quite some time. There’s an accompanying article describing the upward journey of the hamburger as it has been transformed from a fast food staple to a foodie’s delight.
