How come AHT has never been to or talked about 26 Beach Restaurant. They have ben doing regular and inventive burgers in Los Angels, CA for 20+ years. I would venture to say they are the Best Hamburgers in LA and the only place making their own hamburger buns! Come on AHT give a place without a publicist, big time investors with deep pockets for advertising, or a chef who came from another restaurant a chance. Here is a mom and pop place, with a sushi pedigree, yes sushi, that goes back hundreds of years to the Emperors of Japan, and a son who wanted to make hamburgers.

Without a doubt, that's one of my favorite portraits of all time there (the final shot).

Between the two of us, Diana and I ordered the first and second pre-made combos. Both were excellent--Diana found the number two a bit lacking in saltiness, but she's kind of a maniac for salt. All in all, a solid burger.
